Delete your HaulOrHold account

In the app: Settings → My data & privacy → Delete my account. This deletes your account and everything in it right away, including any de-identified data you shared.

Without the app: email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my HaulOrHold account". We confirm it's you and delete within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What we keep: only a record of the Terms and subscription consents you gave, for 3 years, because the law requires it. Backups roll off within 30 days.

Paid plan? Deleting your account doesn't cancel Google Play billing. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions.
